Insurance

Flatirons Audiology accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicare.  Prior to making your appointment, we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company and verify that we are an approved provider for your particular plan.  It is also a good idea to find out if your plan requires a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP).

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file a claim on your behalf for any services that may be covered by your insurance policy.  We cannot guarantee coverage for any billed services.  If you have questions regarding covered services, copays, deductibles, etc., please contact your insurance company.

Medicare Patients: Please be advised that if you have a secondary insurance plan that does not automatically crossover with Medicare during the billing process, there will be a $20 charge for the rebilling of your claim to the secondary provider.

Medicaid: We do not participate with Medicaid. If this is a secondary coverage to your Medicare plan, you will be responsible for charges not covered by Medicare.
