At Flatirons Audiology, giving back isn’t just a part of what we do – it’s at the heart of who we are.
Founded in 2007 by Dr. Julie Eschenbrenner, Au.D., our practice was created with a mission: to help individuals with hearing loss and those suffering from tinnitus regain the ability to connect, communicate, and thrive.
Since 1998, Dr. Julie has dedicated her career to improving lives through expert audiology care and has continued to lead with compassion, innovation, and service.
Our Commitment to Changing Lives
We believe that access to quality hearing care should be available to everyone. That’s why Flatirons Audiology actively supports Hearing the Call, a nonprofit initiative that brings hearing healthcare to underserved populations both locally and around the world.
Through this partnership, we provide hearing aids, fittings, follow-up care, and support to individuals who may not otherwise receive them.
It’s not just about restoring hearing – we aim to restore hope, dignity, and human connection.
Hearing the Call Colorado
As part of our local outreach, Flatirons Audiology proudly participates in Hearing the Call Colorado, a state-specific arm of the national Hearing the Call initiative. This program helps Coloradans with hearing loss who fall outside the scope of traditional insurance or financial assistance programs. We work with a network of local audiologists and volunteers to provide affordable hearing aids and hearing healthcare services to qualified applicants across the state. Through Hearing the Call Colorado, we offer:
- Reduced-cost hearing aids for approved participants
- Comprehensive hearing evaluations and fittings
- Ongoing maintenance and follow-up support
- Community clinics and outreach events
Dr. Julie Eschenbrenner is passionate about giving back through global outreach. She has participated in three international humanitarian trips with Hearing the Call, bringing hearing care and hearing aids to underserved communities in Zambia, Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.
In June, she will embark on her fifth mission in Zambia, continuing her commitment to making hearing healthcare accessible worldwide.
These experiences have only deepened her passion for global hearing health, and she plans to continue participating in future outreach efforts both in Colorado and around the world.
