Meet Kathryn Harer

Kat joined our team in September of 2023 and is an intricate part of Flatirons Audiology as our Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant. Holding a bachelor’s degree in graphics design and an Audiology Assistant Certification, her 18 years of customer service experience shines through in her work. Kat has had hearing loss since birth and has been using hearing she was 4 years old. Her everyday experience living with hearing loss and hearing aids allows her to truly understand and connect with our patients. Kat loves witnessing the direct, positive changes that we bring to patients’ lives, and she appreciates being part of a team that prioritizes both patients and each other. Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors through camping and fishing, and she spends as much time as possible with her family and friends.
